    Atsuta Horaiken Honten Atsuta Houraiten is a Hitsumabushi (grilled eel dish) specialty restaurant. The sauce they use hasn't changed since its opening in 1873, and accomdates the grilled eel perfectly. Atsuta Houraiten was the first restaurant to serve the dish, and "Hitsumabushi" is actually a registered trademark under Atsuta Houraiten. Compared to regular grilled eel dishes, the eel in Hitsumabushi is cut into smaller pieces, making it easier to eat.
